1. Who we are and what this covers

All Around Digital Media ("we," "us"), 17810 W. Dixie Hwy, Suite C, North Miami Beach, FL 33160, creates marketing media for real estate, rental properties, brands and businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information through our website, forms, emails, booking page, payments and Services. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in our Terms of Service.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact and business details: name, email, phone, company or brokerage, role, website and social media handles.
  • Order details: packages, add-ons, property address and listing links, brand, website and product details, notes, branding files and delivery preferences.
  • Photos, videos and other Client Materials, which may show property interiors and exteriors, products, people, vehicles, artwork, documents or other personal details that appear in them.
  • Agreement records: your typed electronic signature, the date and time you signed, the version of the agreement and technical details about the submission.
  • Booking details you enter on our Cal.com scheduling page.
  • Payment details: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email, billing address, the last four digits and type of your card, and the payment status, but not your full card number.
  • Communications with us, including emails, messages, call notes and feedback.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data, such as IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, referring site and the date and time of visits, collected by our website host and analytics tools.
  • Cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel if we run Facebook or Instagram ads, which helps us measure ad results and show ads to people who visited our site.

Information from other sources

  • Public listing pages and photos you ask us to use.
  • Publicly available business contact information, such as an agent's published business email on a brokerage or listing website, which we may use to contact professionals about our services.

3. How we use information

  • To provide the Services: produce, check, deliver and revise Deliverables, schedule calls and provide support.
  • To process payments, prevent fraud and keep business and tax records.
  • To keep records of the agreements and releases you sign.
  • To send service messages, such as confirmations, delivery notices, receipts and reminders.
  • To market our services, including emails and ads, subject to your choices in Section 8.
  • To show our work in our portfolio and advertising, as described in Section 4.
  • To improve our website, services, workflows and quality.
  • To comply with law, enforce our Terms and protect our rights and the safety of others.

4. Use of photos and media in our advertising

As described in Section 14 of our Terms, we may use the photos you provide and the images and videos we create from them in our portfolio and advertising. When we do, we do not publish the property's street number or unit number, your client's name, or personal information about occupants without permission, and we may crop or blur details such as faces, license plates, family photos or documents. If you are an owner or occupant shown in our marketing and have a privacy or safety concern, contact us and we will review it promptly.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as follows:

  • Service providers that help us run the business, under contracts or terms that limit their use of the data: website hosting and forms (Netlify), email and files (Google Workspace), scheduling (Cal.com), payments (Stripe), AI image and video tools used to create Deliverables, editing and storage tools, and advertising and analytics platforms (such as Meta).
  • Advertising partners: if we use the Meta Pixel or similar tools, those partners receive website activity data to measure and target our ads. Some state laws treat this as "sharing" for advertising; see Section 7 to opt out.
  • Your representatives and others you ask us to deliver files to.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law or legal process, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of our business.
  • With your consent or at your direction.

6. AI processing

To create Deliverables, we upload Client Materials and instructions to AI image and video services and other processing tools. These providers process the content to return results to us and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not use your materials to train our own AI models. Please do not include sensitive personal information in photos or notes unless it is needed for your order.

7. Cookies and your advertising choices

  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work without them.
  • You can control ads from Meta in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, and opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info).
  • We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a request to opt out of sharing for targeted advertising, where the law requires.

8. Emails and text messages

  • You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us. We will honor requests within 10 business days. We will still send service messages about your orders.
  • If you give us a mobile number and agree to receive texts, we or our scheduling provider may send texts about bookings and orders. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase.

9. How long we keep information

  • Order records, signed agreements and payment records: at least 5 years, for legal, tax and dispute purposes.
  • Client Materials and Deliverables: download links expire 10 days after each delivery. We may keep backup copies for up to 90 days for revisions, support and records, then delete them, except copies we keep for portfolio and advertising use under Section 4. We do not guarantee that files will be available after the download window.
  • Marketing contact information: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep a minimal record of unsubscribes so we do not contact you again.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, such as account security, two-factor authentication, access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by Florida law and other applicable laws.

11. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, download or delete your personal information, or to stop using it for marketing or targeted advertising. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will respond within 45 days and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep information when the law allows, for example to complete an order, keep signed agreements or meet legal obligations. Deleting information does not recall advertising already published.

To make a request, email us or write to us at the address below. You may use an authorized agent if you give them written permission.

12. Children

Our Services are for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it. Please do not send photos that show identifiable children unless their parent or guardian has consented.

13. Where we process information

We are based in the United States and process information in the United States. If you contact us from elsewhere, you understand your information will be handled under U.S. law.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will post the new version with a new "last updated" date. If we make material changes, we will notify clients by email or a notice on our website.
